The UK student visa which was the previous term as Tier 4 UK study visa has now been replaced with a new term Student Route based on the latest updates of the UK. This Student Visa is now recognized as the UK Student Visa which is available for the EEA nationals and the people before Brexit.

Types of UK Student Visa

Tier 4 (General) Student Visa

UK Study Visa Requirements

The application fee is 348 GBP for the visa if applied from outside the UK and 348 GBP for each person for any of the dependents.
2. Tier 4 (Child) student visa
The application cost is 348 GBP for a Tier 4 Child student visa if applied from outside the UK and healthcare surcharges.
3. Short-term study visa
Around 97 GBP for a 6-month visa or 186 GBP for an 11-month visa.
However, you also have to pay a healthcare surcharge of around 300 GBP per year to get access to the National Health Service (NHS) during your stay in the country.

UK Student Visa Process
You can apply for a UK student visa in two ways i.e. at the UK embassy of your own country and online mode in the UK government website. The step-by-step process for the application is given below
